Cancel time purchase - Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

How to cancel your purchase

You can cancel your purchase by contacting us within 14 days:

Return of the item

You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to cancel the purchase. You bear the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed. The package must be sent as a business delivery; we do not pick up packages from parcel shops, etc.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your cancellation notice. We will withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that you have returned the item.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

• Goods manufactured to the consumer's specifications or with a clear personal touch
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery
